the package contains sensors and Arduino modules:

- HC-06 Bluetooth module arduino
- Temperature and humidity sensor module DHT11
- Ethernet Shield W5100 arduino
- relay module
- leds
- Breadboard module
- resistors

see no problems with these items

it should be delayed by rush season. if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute or ask seller extend the protection. otherwise keep waiting, it should arrive by end of this month.
