Hi, My order is has not changed from status of "RJ182191681CN In Customs-Control warehouse Hangzhou Turkey 20140913 1310" from 16 days.The seller says " don't worry , China Post Air Mail always doesn't update the status , maybe on the way to your country." What is the problem?
What do you think? ...

you can wait 10 more days, if still no change of status, you should open dispute.
