Answer me fate (status) of this item (RI200724319BG)? Is delivered to the address that appears on the package? Is consignment transmitted to the person who is written as a recipient?

RI200724319BG failed delivery. normally it is caused by following reasons:
1)address is wrong or address is in English which can not be understood by deliveryman. in this case, you should ask recipient to call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

2)the recipient refuse to receive the parcel. in this case , the parcel will be returned to shipper after 2 or 3 months.

What you write me up that's fine, but to me you wrote before. What I really want to know is whether the consignment is delivered to the recipient. Should this fact be known, it must be possible to check.
