Hello, I have the following tracking number RI172526726CN. How can I find out if my parcel left China and why is back from Beijing to Shenzhen? Thank you.

RI172526726CN should have some problem to pass export scan in Beijing. You'd better open dispute now.

I've talked with the seller and he told me that now Shenzhen can export directly to EU countrys and thats why is back from Beijing. It's true?
