Hello,

I bought an item from china (Aliexpress) and this item stucks, since 2 weeks on status : Departure from outward office of exchange. Is it normal to stay so long in this status ?
This item is an laptop lcd screen.

RI001494109CN should be delayed by holiday. you need wait one or two more weeks and then track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/, it should have new status then.
