My both packages have been stuck in export security scan in Beijing since december 2! The tracking codes are RH102088802CN ; RH091200300CN . It contains just a pair of shoes so nothing dangerous.. Did it get lost and should i open a dispute? Please help me.:(( Destination country -Lithuania.

your parcels should be delayed by rush season. we suggest you wait one or two more weeks, it not arrive after new year holiday, then open dispute.
