I am a citizen of Mongolia and would like to ask about your luggage.My luggage numbered cc038328201NL March 23, from the city of Maastricht, the Netherlands transit through China to Ulaanbaatar Mongolia. Until now we have not received the luggage, and Mongolian Post said on April 23 arrived in China and luggage stuck there.Therefore you please find out the reasons for the delay for more info.Waiting your comments.

cc038328201NL is not China Post number. We can not find any data in China Post database.
