Hi. I returned a packet to China with tracking number RE386543530GR to the address paypal gave me. My packet is in the status <<广州国际, 出口总包直封封发, Departure from outward office of exchange>> from 16 Jenuary 2015 and don't go to be delivered.
If it is not delivered the paypal will not refund me.
Please can you tell me if there is any problem?
Can you check it?

Hi. My parcel does not stuck at <<import custom scan>> but it is stuck fro 16 of January ay <<Export Customs Scan>>.
I wrote the address as paypal gave me.
The receptient was a fraud shop named mionbuy.com that does not exist an more.
Paypal insists that there must be delivery.
Export Customs Scan means that it is going to be delivered (if yes why stucks for 13 days)?
It means anything else?
Where i can find why my parcel stucks?

For the future, very bad idea to return items to China. The parcel is often lost or refused by customs. Try to bargain with your seller to refund you without returning the item.

The seller was fraud he's no longer exists and paypal insists for delivery (i think paypal try to let the damage to my pocket)

Yes they do. Paypal just wants to take your money most of the time. Sorry about your loss.

If you paid by credit card, you may be able to dispute the charge with the credit company.

I made a dispute for this charge with the bank.
My parcel returned to Greece yesterday. When i receive it and learn why i'm interesting to see what paypal will say.
