07/09/14 I have bought an item from ebay. The seller has dispatched an item on 07/10/14. 08/21/14 I have opened a case on ebay because the item wasn't received. The seller has responded to my case with tracking information. By this tracking information the parcel are on China post in Nanjing.

The parcel seems to have some problem to pass security check. you'd better escalate the dispute and claim refund.

you can not received the parcel. It was returned to Shenzhen. Open a dispute asap.
