Hello,

I bought something on iOffer and after a day my tracking number worked, however.. it's been 10 days now and on one site it says '' Export customs scan'' and on the other website it says '' departure from outward office of exchange '' is that the same?

Anyway my tracking code is: RC748121143CN , should I file a dispute?

wait one more week and track it again. sometimes it needs about 2 weeks to change status.

Alright thank you, if it doesn't change the next week? Should I wait any longer or just file a dispute?

if status does not update next week, you can open a dispute.

Alright so after like 4 weeks or something it changed to sent to airline, how long until it arrives in The Netherlands? RC748121143CN

normally it will arrive europe within 2 to 3 weeks after "sent to airline" date.
