Hello! My parcel has been stuck on "Export Security Scan" since 29th of January. Is that a normal procedure or there is a problem with my order? 😕

there were Chinese New Year holidays during Jan 31 to Feb 7. The parcel might be delayed. you can track it again after one week and it should have some new status.
