Hi, I need help , someone please ! I have tried to contact China post and Hong Kong post , but can't speak to anyone !

I need to track RC326743511HK

The tracking says it's being processed, it has said this for 4 days now , and it keeps updating most days , what do I do?
Have they even received my parcel ????

Please help

the parcel was just shipped, you need wait 2 to 3 weeks.
