Hello! I'm waiting parcel RC257644768CN more than month. The status /In Customs-Control warehouse/ didn't change since 7th of January. What happens with the parcel.

RC257644768CN stuck in shanghai over one month, it should have some problem with customs clearance or security check. you can open a dispute to get your money back:

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?
