The parcel results in italy, but at the italy's post office there isn't. Where is it?

RC256554482CN was delivered by Italy Post on Sep 1st. You should contact Italy Post and ask who received the parcel.

the problem is that the parcel has been shipped by the seller on 2014.10.21. I have the email that confirmed this. Probably the tracking number is wrong

RC256554482CN should be a wrong tracking number. it was delivered on Sep 1st in Italy.

you should ask your seller for correct tracking number. if he can not give you, open dispute and claim refund.
