Good morning :)

i may some help about this parcel
the tracking says this:

item No. Year Status Location Destination Country Date
RC211007190CN 2013 Final delivery Shanghai Austria 20140130 150040

and the seller says, that i already received it, but i dont know where the parcel is
the austrian post office cant find any parcel with that number

maybe somebody here might help me?

the seller is lying. tracking result of RC211007190CN shows it was returned to China and Final delivered to someone in Shanghai (which should be the shipper). You should open a dispute and claim money back immediately. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
