HELP!! I know this is a HONGKONG-POST TRACKINGNUMBER, but please help.!
I placed order:60934133183354 d.26/1-2014 &
order:61010504723354 d.4/2-2014
The ALI-seller: gave the trackingnumber:RC025964853HK d.9/2-2014 , for both orders:!! (one shipment)!! Is this ok? , and today:15/2-2014 ,there is NO trackinginformatons, regarding this.?
Is this fraud/fake.?
Please help.

you can open a dispute to aliexpress and claim refund for fake shipment.

I opened a dispute but the seller refused: is there a timelimit? or what should i do? please help!!!!

you should contact aliexpress customer service for detailed solution in this situation. I believe seller can not get money if you don't confirm receipt of the goods.
