Why is my package in export customs scan for more than 2 weeks? There aren´t any bateries or electronic objects on it.

I contacted with my seller and she said me there aren´t any problems, but there aren´t changes in the track.

is there any battery or liquid inside the parcel? it is not so common to hold a parcel in customs over 3 weeks.

no, there isn´t any battery or liquid, the parcel contains shoes.
