Hi 😀

I placed an order from a Chinese website on 16 October 2013.
They shipped my parcel 3 days later (on 19 October 2013).
Today, the parcel result still at Changsha In Customs-Control warehouse and isn't not yet arrived in Italy.

It only contains gloves and smartphone cases.

Have I still any chance to receive them?

the parcel can not pass security check and will be returned to shipper. you should claim refund from seller.
