And i also want to know if my item has been sent back or not.

China Post parcel normally will take about 2 to 6 weeks to arrive Netherlands.

China Post does not record the date when the parcel leaves China. They only record the date when parcel was given to airline. Your parcel was given to airline on Nov 20 in Beijing airport. But this does not mean your parcel left China on Nov 20. In regular season, airline will ship the parcel 2 or 3 days after this date. However, now rush season, actual leaving date might be much later.
