RB664074197CN stuck in customs warehouse for long time. normally this means the parcel can not pass the security scan and will be returned to shipper. you should open a dispute to get your money back.

Hi again!!! I folow your advice and now I want to ask you again... Pls could you tell me ... If I order again the same or similar product (I-phone), what had happend in the customs (because last time the parcel can not pass the security check - and what is the reason). Thank you in advance....

If you use regular register mail, you might fail to pass security again if you put iphone inside your parcel. You should use CHINA POST Express mail(EMS).
