Dears,

Today I was chatting from a seller in China mainland who shipped 2 items on November 4th for me to Germany. He told me today that he's surprised that this package is taking that long. I also took a look today on your track system and also on DHL Germany track system (apparently it's local DHL Germany that will deliver) and it's written that thye package is still in transit/not in Germany. So far we can not see any problem with your parcel. Now is rush season, waiting in airport for 30 days is normal.
