RB393156479CN is waiting for a flight more than 3 weeks. is there a way to get in contact with the people that are handling the packages and update the data for every parcel in those warehouses that everything seems to be stuck forever? other parcels of mine have arrived in no time, from the same store, the same items, so no way they dont pass security or packaging or i dont know what else. 2 weeks ago a parcel of mine was shipped from the same place and it s already in greece. why RB393156479CN, RB889151655CN, are still there, and why RC061869095CN, and RB889155073CN, havent left warehouse yet or returned to sender at least. i am in contact with the stores i purchase, almost everyday, i am an old customer there, they are willing to refund me 100%.
i will appreciate a lot, if you manage to do something and find where my parcels are lost or buried.

i dont need to open dispute, cause i can be refunded without that. i want to know what has happened to my parcels. so the senders, they would like to know what is going on.
real help here would be if you were giving us the emails to get in contact with the places that are holding the parcels or the post offices of the origins. i ve read somewhere that sometimes they dont pass security check because they are in a bag with other parcels that are responsible for that. china mail doesnt check box by box or parcel by parcel but the whole shipping bag. and if the bag doesnt qualify because of a parcel they return it to the post office that was originally shipped from. the majority of us here, are not asking for our money back or how to open a dispute. we are aware of that already. we ask for help to find out where the packages are and make sure they will reach us. can you give us that help we want?
