Hi, I am waiting for a package sent by an Aliexpress seller with tracking number RB312640429CN. Since two weeks there is no tracking possible because the system doesn't know this number. Is this a fake number?

yes. it is fake number. The shipper did not ship the parcel when he gave you this number.
