2015-05-15 00:23:00.0 arrive Beijing Airport
2015-05-15 00:24:01.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport
2015-05-17 18:58:00.0 Beijing departure

how to understand this one 2015-05-17 18:58:00.0 Beijing departure?
is my registered letter already flying somеwhere or still in Сhina?

it should have left Beijing but it still takes time to arrive your country.http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows the average arrival time to your country is 19 days. So you should get the goods by mid of June.
