Post Problem with return item to seller

Good day. Please help me. I bought the item at aliexpress.com. after month of using item was broke. Seller tell me to return the item. I send it RB021686244UA.
Now I see what seller cant accept this parcel by unknown reason. I try to communicate with him, he say what the parcel dont arrive. Dont understand this situation.

you should contact aliexpress customer service and explain that seller refuse to refund you money, you want to escalate the dispute. the parcel no.RB021686244UA has arrived china but failed delivery(maybe seller gave you a wrong address). also you can tell seller that he should refund you money otherwise you will leave him a bad feedback which will down-grade his shop.
