Hello, is there problems with these parcels or I have to wait more time?
Here are the tracking numbers

RH040859455CN

I track them, but RH040859455CN is In Customs-Control warehouse since 11.18.2014 and RL048485952CN is in Export Security Scan since 11.28.2014.

Is it normal to take so long time?

if your parcel have mobile phone battery and detected by safety officer, your parcel will be rejected. your seller should NOT use airmail to ship battery item.

open dispute asap.
