RC429260436CN can not pass export security check and was rejected by airline. you should open a dispute to paypal and claim refund.

I received tracking number yesterday, 15th of April and the tracking says: China Post has not received parcel# RB937515763CN

china post might need about 2 business days to update the database. so you can wait until next monday and track it again. it should have some new status then.

I opened a dispute on eBay but the seller asks me to close the dispute because the tracking shows that the item is delivered. However no parcel has been delivered to me (checked at the local PO), it's been almost a month and I'm getting worried.

you should NOT close the dispute until you have received your goods and find no problem with the quality. your seller seems not very honest.

your parcel has delivery problem(normally it is due to wrong address or address not printed in Chinese). you should ask your recipient call china post 11185 number and pickup the parcel.
