Post POST STUCK @SEND ITEM ABROAD (EDI-RECEIVED)

Hi.
My package is stuck under Send item abroad (EDI-received) for last 16 days (from 2016-11-28 00:10).
No: RF443806885CN.
Can you please tell me what's going on?
When can i expect delivery (or at least shipping to Croatia)?

Hey, it`s same here, even worse. Few packages of mine are stuck at that status over a month, I truly dont know what to do... China post say - we dispached problem is somewhere else. Can anyone help me to track where really are my parcels?

1. In normal situation parcel to Croatia can take up to 10 days to arrive. But right now it's not normal situation with the Holiday Season. So your parcel might take longer to arrive in Croatia.
