Hello,

I have bought an iphone 6s from eBay (seller: global.tech-2016) but after 4 months of use after a charge the phone got damaged, it looked like this: http://ibb.co/deBQVJ

I have sent the phone back to the seller via deutsche post (receipt: http://ibb.co/dZVPPd, tracking code: RR631831509DE) and the seller says he didnt receive the item. I clearly suspect this is a case of cheating, because the china mail tracking shows the package was not collected/rejected by the receiver (http://ibb.co/cm6ncy)

I clearly suspect this is a case of cheating from the seller by not receiving/rejecting the package. Now i don't know what to do, eBay says they cannot confirm the seller has received the package and the seller (global.tech-2016) says he didn't get it either.

Can you please let me know where is this package now or what i can do?

RR631831509DE arrived Shenzhen on Mar 12, but it can not be delivered. No sure the failure delivery reason. It was returned to Germany on Mar 23 by surface mail. You should get it in one or three months.
