Hello,

I hope you can help me. In July I have sent some baby carriers to Germany, however they see to be stuck in Shanghai.

It is about these tracking numbers:
RC391821117CN
RC391820071CN
RC391821125CN
RC391821205CN
RC391821134CN
RC391821196CN
RC391820289CN
RC391820275CN

I have tried to contact China Post office via phone but no success yet.

Could you please help me in this matter? I would be so glad. People are getting their newborns and they need their baby carrier quite fast! Appreciate any help.

Your parcels are sent through shanghai airport whic is experiencing some delay due to the Youth Olympic Games. You have no choice but be patient.
