CC193945388SE 2015 Unsuccessful delivery Shenzhen 20150114 095249

This i've got from china post when tracking. What do i do next?

Its shipped from Sweden. It's a return shipping from ebay, but the seller gives me no help here. Did he miss the package when it should be delivered?
