Post Parcel to the Netherlands stuck at left Beijing aiport

Hi,

I've sent my parcel at DEC 15 to Amsterdam with the code RC610586873CN. It's been over a week and the parcel is still pending at leaving Beijing...

2016-12-15 10:12:28.0 钟楼post dept. received
2016-12-15 10:35:39.0 钟楼post dept. customs scan
2016-12-15 10:52:43.0 leaving 钟楼post dept. ，next station 西安center
2016-12-16 10:09:07.0 西安Transit Station export security scan
2016-12-16 11:38:49.0 西安Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-12-18 09:14:20.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-12-18 13:04:38.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-12-19 00:19:00.0 arrive Beijing Airport
2016-12-19 00:19:58.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

Is it still in Beijing? I've tracked through the POST NL web, but nothing. Will it still arrive? Is it lost?

1. In very good condition parcel to the Netherlands can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Your parcel is still within that time frame.

2. Now what needs to happen is Post Nl scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Post Nl site for any new movement.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I've tried to track it on post NL, but it can't be found. Also is the 3-4 weeks from DEC 19? I also visited ChinaPost today, they told me they don't know where it is. I should wait for 2 more weeks..

1. The 3 to 4 weeks if from the time the parcel was receive by China Post in your case it's the 15 Dec.

2. Also please take into consideration this:
When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition. Because:
Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
