Post Parcel stuck on export customs scan

My parcel is stuck on the status: 'Export Customs Scan' for 2 weeks now, while a friend has received his parcel within 1 week. (parcel received last week) How long do I need to wait? My tracking code is: RJ254837163CN

if no battery inside, it should be delayed by rush season. wait 2 to 3 more weeks, it should arrive by mid January.
