Hi all,

I have shipped 3 parcels from China to France and it seems that one of them has no left China...after 3 months.
Here is the reference number: CP286306793CN
Can you please let me know about it.
Will I get my parcel one day ?

CP286306793CN is surface parcel which might go through sea and land. it is common to arrive after 2 to 4 months.
