Hi, for a month now my parcel LM119652032CN has been stuck at customs.

Any information please ?

LM119652032CN left China on Oct 19. Normally it should have arrived France in 10 days. if you have not got the parcel, you should ask compensation from seller for lost parcel

Just got off the phone with the french post service, according to them the parcel is still in China. Anything I can do ?

same here! China Post cant handel its to much now!!!!!

wiating so long it never arrived.
they tell you its loaded in an airplane but its still there!
