Hi,

I'm waiting for a parcel that has been shipped on the 12th of October.
LO293195979CN

The status has been stuck since the 18th of October.
I've contacted the seller. Apparently, they put a lot of small packages into one big package, so it was opened and checked for contraband. The seller was told it had been resent and was now "in transit".
Fine, that explains a delay for a few days or even a week, but it's been 50 days and the tracking doesn't even confirm that it left China.
I had my local post office DHL start an investigation a week ago, but they have not reported back. As of now, they have no info on the parcel, so it never reached my country.

Is there any way to tell how much longer it will take, what's wrong, if it's ACTUALLY on its way, where exactly it is, or anything?

Can the seller cancel the delivery and have it automatically sent back? Or will I have to send it back if it ever arrives? I don't want to risk paying for the return.

LO293195979CN was keeping rejected by airline safety check point. It has sth not allowed by airline.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

Thank you, by the way.
Just for an update, the parcel arrived after 55 days. I had already opened a dispute and it almost went through before it arrived. I wonder why it turned up all of a sudden.
