Hi,

a couple of weeks ago I ordered some apparel from china, divided into two packages:

RC652340227CN
RC652340301CN

Both packages were picked up at the same time, and RC652340227CN was even sent a week earlier (may 10th 2014) then RC652340301CN (may 16th 2014).

Today I'm receiving RC652340301CN, wich was sent last. But RC652340227CN is untracable to me.

Can you please help?

china post parcel does not follow the first-come-first-out basis. the speed depends on many factors. So it is very very common that later shipped parcel arrives earlier.
