Hello,

Something wrong is going on with my parcel.

It goes and then returns and goes again again and again.

What is wrong with it LO963145690CN ?
How to resolve the issue?

It is neither returned no delivered.

It was returned by the customs 7 times. If it were something wrong inside, it would return 1 time. But it was returned 7 times. This was something wrong in customs.

I finally got the parcel!

I don't know what was wrong. Anyway I would like to know the reason to avoid similar situation in the future.

Yes. the return was the customs' mistake. unfortunately they do not disclose the reason to China Post and public. so it is hard to predict future similar problem.

Our stat shows electronics and toys have the highest rate of reject by mistake as scan machines tend to classify them as battery and magnetic product.

Are the batteries prohibited?

I had issues in the past when I ordered Power Supply for my laptop. Customs initially rejected it, but after some delay the parcel was delivered.
