Post Parcel is stuck in Shanghai for a month

Hi,

my parcel is stuck on Shanghai and it has been more than a month there and the status is unchanged. The tracking number is RJ886765946CN. The parcel is coming from AliExpress and the seller is also unable to find out the reason of delay. please find out where is the parcel right now and update the tracking information.

you should open dispute to aliexpress if parcel does not arrive after 30 days of payment. you can not know the parcel location at this moment.

I want to know the tracking details after 17-10-2016. Where the parcel gone. The seller has shipped the parcel but there is something wrong with china post. Why they are not processing it further. Why the tracking details are not updating? if they have shipped by air not?

Please find out the current situation. I don't see any fault of seller. The shipping and handling is solely post office job.

2. Your parcel has been On Route/In Transit to your country since the 17 Nov. Your parcel has been on the road for 37 days. If you wish to wait more time to receive your parcel that is OK but just make sure that you still have buyer protection for your parcel.

3. Because there is no flight number we don't know where the parcel is going. Did it go to another airfield in China, how many hop before arriving to your country. All those questions that nobody can answer.

4. Normally parcel to Finland can take from 6 to 36 days so the China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time has pass.

5. You are the only one making the decision, either wait a bit more for your parcel or open a dispute with the seller.
