My parcel (RJ068535975CN) is in Export Security Scan since 24th november (3 weeks), it's normal? It doesn't contain any battery. I should open a dispute? Thank you.

Just today the status changed to "Arrival at delivery office".

Could you check my parcel RJ199339302CN it is in Export Customs Scan in Beijing since 01 December? I don't know is it normal because I ordered 2 pieces and one box came to me 5 days ago and the other one is I am afraid obviously stuck in Beijing.. Thank you.
