Dear China Post support,

my Parcel# CY287429445DE has unchanged since one week. It's still in status:
1/25/2025 1:19 PM Item presented to import Customs SHENZHEN

Can you please check what the problem is with the delivery to the recipient.

CY287429445DE is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. The delay is caused by following reasons:
1)The shipper forgot to print receiver's mobile phone number. So China Post can not send customs clearance code to receiver by text message. IF this is your case, please ask receiver call china post hotline number 11185. They will help him to make customs clearance .

2)The receiver does not want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. This often happens when parcel is a return for refund. If this your case, China Post can't do anything for you. You need open dispute to the marketplace or call your bank to file charge back against fraud.

Dear chinapostvolunteer,

What is the status of the shipment CY287429445DE?
Recipient says he was never contacted by China Post and I told him to contact the phone number 11185.
Now the recipient has not contacted me again and I can no longer reach him myself.
What has happened to the consignment?
The shipment has a value of 1800€ and I would like to know what happened to it!

If the receiver does not make customs clearance, the parcel will be returned to shipper's country after the free storage time expires.

Many reasons can cause parcel failed delivery:
1)Recipient does not make customs delivery
2)Recipient does not want to accept the parcel
3)Recipient mobile phone number is wrong or not printed in the parcel

yes. receiver made customs clearance and got the goods on Mar 13.
