1. Your parcel LT336273596CN was wrongly identify to go to JFK on the 30 Oct and it took then up to 24 Nov to realize the error and reschedule the parcel to Chicago.

2. As you can see both parcels are going from Shanghai to Chicago, right now these 2 places are not a good match. Because every parcels incoming to Chicago are getting delays to be scan.

3. Maybe you could phone USPS and ask them how much delays there is in ISC Chicago for incoming parcels.
