LO989964215CN was shipped on April 11 from Shenzhen. it is still there waiting for flight to Europe.

Shipping time to Europe is a little bit slow. average waiting time is about 2 months, you need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.

i just checkt on my order LO989964215CN, it now says out for delivery an then returned... what does that mean? i did never return the package, never asked the seller to return? can you please explain it to me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO989964215CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper in Shenzhen on May 29. You can not get this item in future.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

i did not say so, and i did not tell the shipper to take it back! who decided to deliver it back to shipper ??
