Hello, I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago, and tracking says it still hasn't move in any way - writes that it's in collection.. is something stuck, when do you think I'll get my package? I really expect it to arrive until the end of this month, do you think it will arive until may 25th-27th?.. tracking no. RC766432270CN. Thanks in advance.

it is stuck in the receiving post office. i believe the parcel has problem to pass customs scan. you'd better ask seller ship you another one or refund you money.

Okay, I just done that. Did you see problems like this before? Last time I ordered a pair of shoes from China, status changed to "Opening" in one day, so I figured it isn't good..
