Hello,

My package (Nr. 88020846470) is in the same status since 2016-11-12 (one month):

Parcel No.88020846470 tracking result
2016-11-12 07:59:59.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

Is there any problem with it?
Looking at other threads in this forum it seems that the security scan is always passed in the same day but mine is stuck there for one month.

1. Your parcel is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be scan only in China and has limited tracking.

2. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel just like a normal letter.

3. If you worry about your parcel being at the export security scan, then you should contact seller and ask him to call China Post Hot Line to find out about your parcel.

I'll keep waiting then and, if I don't receive it in 60 days, I'll contact the seller.

1. What you should do is by the 50 days contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. It will give you that extra 10 days to open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.
