hello,

I am waiting for a package, when i looking at the website it says :

China Post Parcel No.RA582205792CN Tracking Results

item No. Year Status Location Destination Country Date
RA582205792CN 2013 Waiting for Customs Scan Shenzhen FR 20131121 2040
RA582205792CN 2013 Received by China Post Shenzhen FR 20131121 2048
RA582205792CN 2013 Sent to airline FOC FR 20131122 2359

Does anyone could tell me if it's usual to wait one month for a package?
I don't have anymore update about it from chinapost website....
Is it normal??

RA582205792CN has not changed status for one month. Normally this means the parcel has been returned to shipper or lost. You should file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible.
