Hi,

I ordered a package by using aliexpress and it is sent with china post. It is collected with the seller, but when I check the transport status it is since september 10th in dispatching status (tracking code rk054804690cn).
Is it possible that my package is lost? I do not think it is normal that it is there for a month, is it?

rk054804690cn seems to have problem to pass safety check. what is the item inside?

the parcel must have some problem. maybe it was lost by the delivery guy. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.
