Dear Sir or Madam,

My package has been in import customs in Beijing since December 26, 2024. The tracking number is CY286920145DE. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of the package and let me know if there are any issues? Thank you in advance.

the receiver doesn't make customs clearance. The delay might be caused by following reasons:

1) Shipper forgot writing the receiver's mobile phone in the parcel. Therefore the receiver can't get customs clearance text message from China Post. If this is the case, receiver needs to go to China Post Beijing office in person and make customs clearance. He/she can call local hotline 11185 for further help.

2)The receiver received the text message from China Post but he doesn't want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. This open happens when parcel is a return for refund. If this is your case, then China Post can't do anything for you. The parcel will be returned to Germany after a couple of weeks.
