Also, sometimes the scans will not make any sense. It's because they are trying to do it very fast and sometimes the wrong information will come out. Generally, you will wait 30 days from when it was sent to the airline, and then file a claim with your seller.

Is a little bit alarming, if someone with 50 parcels didn't received not even one, and the parcels are from longer time that my parcels...means that is a possibility that all the package are lost , mine as well????

I really don't know what is going on, elenealina. I asked many sellers to check it with the post office and they said they would, but gave me no further info about it. Is there anyone here that lives in China and can contact China Post or China customs office to ask them about this issue?

It won't help to contact China Post if they are being returned in Germany. Many people in Bosnia have problems receiving China parcels, probably for the same reason.

Ni ja nisam dobila pakete koje cekam, a cekam ih od oktobra. Jedan seller mi je rekao da vise ne salju za BiH jer traze im neke certifikate a kinezima skupo takvo nesto, tako da vise nece slati ubuduce u nasu zemlju.

This here is the reason. It's a customs thing. I do believe that ordering by courier (UPS, Fedex, etc.) will allow you to receive items from China. They will take care of all the certificates and customs brokering, but it will cost you a small fortune unfortunately.

It's funny how mikep47 answers in English to a post written in Bosnian. 😀

UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT are just too expensive... for the price of postage I can buy better quality products from UK sellers.
Anyways, parcels withOUT tracking number from October and November have arrived these days. The problem are those with tracking. How's that even possible that a safer (more expensive) shipping method is actually not safe and fast? :/
Is there anyone here from China who could actually contact China Post or China customs office and get some more info?
I have asked several sellers about this issue, and they did not give me any specific answer, just that automated answer that it is delayed and that I should wait longer. Some of them refunded the money.

Your parcel should be delayed or even rejected. You have to contact seller, if seller does not reply you, you have to open dispute. No other choice or solution for you, sorry.
