Unfortunately, not even China Post employees can tell you what the problem is..it's no longer in China but somewhere in between. Not much you can do other than wait or request refund in time if not received.

The story about the parcels being intercepted elsewhere before Bosnia, does not make much sense either. Why would parcels destined for a different country go through customs check in a transit country? Hard to say what the problem is, even for the sending and receiving post offices. Also it appears that Bosnia doesn't provide inbound tracking for international items which is very poor by world standards.

Just a quick update, those parcels mentioned above still didn't arrive. Nothing with tracking number arrived, since October till January. Parcels withOUT tracking number arrive normally.

They should have been shipped to Bosnia and Herzegovina a long time ago. What do you think have happened to these parcels. They are jewelry items - nothing special indeed.

Shipment to Bosnia Herzegovina is very slow in past 2 months and have very high lost rate. You should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Thank you on your swift answer. However, one thing is very curious to me - how come that all my parcels without tracking number have arrived, and these with TN have not.
